Graduate Behaviour Mentor – The Role:
- Support students with severe behavioural conditions
- Majority of students have an autism diagnosis
- Support academic progress
- Carry out 1:1 and group intervention sessions
- Collaborate with experienced teachers
Graduate Behaviour Mentor – Qualifications required: - Degree or Level 3 TA qualification
- Prior education / SEN experience
- Strong behaviour management
- Calm, compassionate and proactive manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
