As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into a dynamic school environment and take on a variety of engaging responsibilities, including:
- Managing classrooms and delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teachers across a range of subjects.
- Supporting students to stay on track with their learning, ensuring a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
- Using your initiative and creativity to engage students and maintain their focus throughout the lessons.
- Building positive relationships with students, helping to manage behaviour and ensuring everyone feels supported.
- Gaining valuable classroom experience that could lead to future opportunities in teaching, mentoring, or other education-based roles.
