Are you a recent graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience? We are recruiting Graduate Cover Supervisors to join secondary schools in Basingstoke from November 2024. With schools in need of additional support, this role offers an excellent opportunity to step into the education sector and develop key skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and deliver pre-prepared lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
  • Ensure students remain engaged and actively participate in lessons
  • Manage classroom behaviour and enforce school behaviour policies
  • Support students of varying abilities, ensuring the smooth running of the class
  • Develop leadership and classroom management skills essential for a career in education

Position Details:

  • Full-time and part-time roles available, based on your availability
  • Ideal for graduates, unqualified teachers, and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)
