Graduate Cover Supervisor New

With schools needing additional support staff, this role offers an excellent opportunity to step into the education sector and develop essential skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and deliver pre-prepared lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Ensure students remain engaged and actively participate in lessons
• Manage classroom behaviour and enforce school policies
• Support students of varying abilities, ensuring the smooth running of the class
• Develop leadership and classroom management skills, valuable for a career in education

Position Details:

• Full-time and part-time roles available, depending on your availability
• Ideal for graduates, unqualified teachers, and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)
