A thriving school in South Oldham is seeking dedicated Graduates who are looking to take their first steps into teaching. Ideally a candidate for this position will have experience working with young people in some capacity, however any transferable skills that showcase your ability care for, inspire and engage will be heavily considered.
A Graduate Cover Teacher will:
- Aid the learning and development of students inside the classroom
- Plan and execute detailed intervention’s, tailored to specific students and their needs
- Work alongside qualified professionals, supporting them at all times
- Be confident with the possibility of working with children with additional learning requirements (SEND)
Key requirements:- Candidates located near the South Oldham area (Failsworth, Middleton and Thameside) will be heavily considered
- Must have a University Degree in any subject area – Preferably Maths, English, Science, MFL, Humanities or Social Sciences
- Prior experience of working with children would be beneficial but is not a requirement
- An enthusiasm to work with young people
- A willingness to grow and develop in the education sector
