Position: Full-Time Drama Cover Teachers - Graduate Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective Pre planned Drama lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, and potentially Key Stage 5.
  • Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the language curriculum and share best practices.
  • Participate in school activities, including parent evenings, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Drama, Dance or a related field.
  • Experience working with pupils aged 11-16 
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
