We are actively recruiting for a passionate Graduate TA to work within a specialised ALN Base in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan.

As a graduate, the experience and knowledge taken from your degree is a huge asset when working with children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN). You will be supporting pupils with a mixed KS3 (ages 11 – 14) curriculum of core and chosen subjects and learn to assist students in accessing their lessons in the best way for them, ensuring that they feel confident and happy within their school environment. The support required will vary depending on the pupil to include positive behaviour management and adapted lessons – whether this is through sports, art, music or engaging in the students’ hobbies and interests!
