Position: Graduate Teacher.

Location: Mixed primary and secondary SEN & SEMH Schools in Preston and Blackpool.

Start Date: ASAP.

Teaching Personnel work closelsy with SEN and SEMH Schools across Lancashire supporting them with their staffing needs and live vacancies. These schools pride themselves on creating a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where each child’s unique abilities are nurtured. We’re looking for a dynamic and compassionate Graduate Teacher to join our team and help deliver a bespoke education that enables our students to thrive both academically and personally.

What are we looking for?

• A graduate with a passion for teaching and an interest in working with children with special educational needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your teaching style to meet individual student needs.
• Enthusiasm, patience, and a positive attitude.
• A commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
• Experience in education or with SEN is a plus, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of SEN students.
• Work closely with the SENCO and other support staff to provide holistic support for each student.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
