About the Role: Smile Education is excited to be recruiting on behalf of Tudor Grange Academy Redditch for a full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate passionate about education and supporting students with additional needs.

Requirements:- Graduate status (degree level qualification).
- Previous experience working with children is highly desired.
- A passion for education and supporting students with SEN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
