  • Ongoing training and development, tailored to help you grow as an educator
  • Mentorship from experienced teachers and education professionals
  • A fully funded PGCE programme in the second year of training
  • Continuous professional development and guidance on becoming a qualified teacher

  • Assist with the general running of the school, including helping students with their queries and offering pastoral support
  • Work closely with other staff to ensure effective learning in the classroom
  • Develop your knowledge of the curriculum and subject-specific teaching methods

In your second year, you'll transition to the role of a PGCE Trainee Teacher, where you will begin your formal teacher training with full support from the school and local teacher training provider.

  • Complete your PGCE qualification while continuing to gain practical classroom experience
  • Plan and deliver lessons, assess student progress, and provide feedback
  • Take full responsibility for classes as you develop your teaching practice
