Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are currently partnering with schools and academies to recruit graduate teaching assistants and cover supervisors.

In these roles, you will be responsible for supporting students in classes, either in small groups or on a one-on-one basis. This will require your advanced knowledge in education, as well as transferable skills such as patience, understanding, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.

You may also have the opportunity to cover lessons when teachers are absent, gaining experience in leading a classroom, managing behaviour, and supporting students who may need extra help with their work.

Both of these roles provide valuable experience and can help you develop the confidence and skills necessary to pursue a career in education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
