Graduate Teaching Assistant Expiring soon

Teaching Personnel are working with a Secondary School in Birmingham who are looking for 2 Graduates to join their team on a full-time basis after the summer holiday until the end of the academic year (8:30am – 3:30pm) in July 2025.

This is for a contracted position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

Key role responsibilities:

• Working closely with your department to identify and support those students who would benefit from additional help.
• Champion students who are academically gifted and need pushing in order to excel.
• Providing 1:1 tutor support and interventions with small groups prior to GCSE or A Level examinations.
• Offering detailed feedback on student progress and development to teachers.
