Teaching Personnel are currently working very closely with a number of schools in the Tameside area who are wanting to appoint a Teaching assistant to carry out the following:

  • Provide regular support to the children’s learning and development.
  • Assist the teachers throughout a range of lesson subjects.
  • Ensure the children remained focused and driven during their classwork.
  • Guide a range of students from years 7-11 who require any additional support.

The roles available will be on a flexible basis that can cater to your lifestyle, giving you the option to book in and block out days when you’re available and when you’re not. However, even though the role will be temporary to start with, dependant on how your time in the school, full time positions do become available.

The successful applicant will also receive:

  • £400 - 500 paid weekly through PAYE (dependant on experience). 
  • CPD and development opportunities.
  • Training and support throughout.
  • Opportunity to work in some excellent secondary schools to develop your skills.
