The successful graduate will gain relevant school-based experience and a wide range of skills on how to perform administrative tasks, work with students in small groups and cover lessons.

If you are a graduate with some level of experience in working with young people whether that be in a formal capacity through a school environment, youth club, mentoring role or otherwise or perhaps a more informal setting such as at home with younger siblings or as a tutor then please highlight this on your application.

Whilst this is a single opportunity, there is the possibility of more than one option which includes full time roles to part time positions with an allocated school in central Manchester where you will undertake a variety of tasks and activities. These will give you a good understanding as of the role as a teacher and stand any graduate in great stead to take on a teaching position in the future.
