Are you a recent graduate looking to gain experience in education? Do you want a flexible role that allows you to make a positive impact in the classroom? We are currently seeking Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in secondary schools across Tameside, starting after the October half-term.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students’ learning and development across various subjects.
  • Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery.
  • Work with students aged 11-16, providing one-on-one or group support where needed.
  • Help students remain focused and engaged during lessons.

Requirements:

  • A university degree and a passion for working with young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic school environment.
