Education and Training

£12.85 - £14.00 Per hour

  • Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons
  • Assisting with planning and preparing teaching materials
  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students
  • Helping students with their assignments and coursework
  • Supervising students during lessons and breaks
  • A degree or relevant transferable experience working with Children
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Strong organisational skills

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Previous experience in a teaching or tutoring role is desirable

  • Knowledge of educational principles and practises
  • Ability to effectively communicate with students and teachers
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience working with special educational needs students

This role involves working in a school environment, following the school's academic calendar. The work hours are typically during school hours, with occasional after-school activities or events.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
