We are seeking talented and motivated graduates for Teaching Assistant roles in September. Our agency is dedicated to providing high-quality support to schools and educational settings across Cardiff, and we are now recruiting for September 2024 start dates.

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with qualified teachers and education professionals to support students in their learning journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Providing one-to-one support to students who require additional help
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Developing relationships with students, teachers, and parents
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to teachers and managers

Requirements:

  • Completed or about to complete a degree in Education, Psychology, Sports, Health and Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including full-time, part-time, or on an ad-hoc basis
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent support
