Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit for our Guarenteed Work Scheme in the Blackpool and the Fylde area. Depending on how many days you are available Teaching Personnel can guarentee you pay for just one day less than you're available, even if there's no work available. By giving Teaching Personnel exclusivity, we can assure you pay and job security.

November - April

• Ensures that you are constantly promoted to schools when you are available for work
• Means you don't have to manage relationships with multiple agencies 
• Guarentees income for every number of days (one less) that you're available

Essential to the Guarenteed Work Scheme:

• Must hold a child only workforce DBS on the update service or be willing to apply 
• Must give Teaching Personnel full excusivity for the days you're available 
• Must be able to drive or be willing to travel 
• Be willing to fulfill Teaching Assistant roles (at your teachers rate of pay of course)
• Up to day Safeguarding training (we can provide)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
