About the Role:

Teaching Personnel’s PWR team are working with an outstanding school in East Dorset who are in need of an Head of Art starting from January.

Location: New Milton

Salary: MPS1– UPS3 + TLR2b

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified and experienced Art teacher with a proven track record of success (QTS Needed)
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for fostering collaboration.  
  • A deep understanding of the national curriculum for Art and a commitment to innovative teaching methods.
  • The ability to identify and nurture artistic talent in students.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.
