Location: Chelmsford | Immediate Start or January 2025 

Permanent Position! 

 

Are you an experienced and dynamic business leader looking to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and innovators? An excellent school in Chelmsford, in partnership with Teaching Personnel, are seeking a Head of Business to join their team immediately or for a January 2025 if preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver engaging Business Studies curriculum across Key Stages 3-5
  • Foster a culture of excellence in both academic and practical business knowledge
  • Guide students towards outstanding GCSE and A-Level results
  • Mentor and develop both students and staff in business acumen, leadership, and entrepreneurship
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive the department’s success

Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified Business Studies teacher with leadership experience
  • Passionate about shaping young minds with real-world business insights
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
