This School is a small 11-16 secondary school located in the beautiful outskirts of Stockbridge, named one of the “best places to live” by The Sunday Times in 2022. This school is conveniently located for an easy commute from Winchester, Salisbury, Andover, Romsey, and Southampton.

The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Head of Design Technology and Food Technology. The successful candidate will be dedicated to the learning and development of our pupils, teaching throughout the age and ability range, and following appropriate schemes of work.

Responsibilities:

• Encourage and inspire pupils’ motivation and enthusiasm in the subject
• Develop positive responses to challenges and set high expectations
• Secure high standards of teaching and pupil progress in line with the Teachers’ Standards

Our Departments: Our departments are well-equipped with highly effective schemes of work, lesson plans, and support materials. We make good use of well-maintained and up-to-date equipment such as our laser cutter, along with a great stock and excellent examples of student work.
