Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity to work an exceptional school based in Wiltshire. The school specialises in ages 11-19 year olds. The school are looking for a dedicated Head of Maths to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:

• Ensure effective collaboration by active encouragement, promotion and leadership.
• Contribute significantly to effective whole school collaboration.
• Collaborate effectively with SEND and Pastoral teams to support positive student outcomes.
• Participate in regular Line Management meetings as directed.
• Put in place measures and staff support to ensure student progress and attainment.
• Lead, oversee and promote effective self-evaluation practices
• Rigorously measure and monitor the quality of teaching and learning and ensure that it is never less than good

Successful candidate qualities:

  • Essential: PGCE, QTS, QTLS teaching qualification and evidence of in-service training.
  • To be able to teach from Entry level 2 & 3, Functional Skills Level 1 & 2 and GCSEs in English and 1 other subject to GCSE Level.

This school is based in Wiltshire, close to motorway link and public transport. Parking will be available on site.
