Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team in Wellingborough, Kettering, and Corby. The successful candidate will have the skills and confidence to lead classes in primary schools, supporting the teaching and learning process and contributing to the overall educational development of students.
Responsibilities:
Class Leadership: Take responsibility for leading classes under the guidance of teaching staff, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
Curriculum Support: Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, providing support to individual students and small groups as needed.
Assessment: Contribute to the assessment process by conducting observations, recording student progress, and providing feedback to both students and teaching staff.
Differentiation: Work closely with teachers to differentiate instruction based on the needs of individual students, ensuring an inclusive learning experience for all.
Behavior Management: Implement effective behavior management strategies, promoting a positive and respectful classroom culture.
Collaboration: Collaborate with teaching staff and other support professionals to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching and leadership skills, staying updated on educational trends and best practices.
Parental Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents through regular communication, parent-teacher meetings, and involvement in school events.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
