Location: Northampton

Start: As soon as possible / September 2024

A brilliant opportunity to join a flourishing Secondary School in Northampton as a Teaching Assistant. This school prides themselves on brilliant GCSE and A level results and are now looking for an additional member of their team offering HLTA support.

Your role will consist of supporting 1:2:1 or withing small groups of pupils who may need extra support within lessons. Responsibilities will vary and your day to day and consist of the following:

  • Helping guide and support pupils through set work provided
  • Ensuring the pupils are focused during lessons.
  • Building rapport with pupils
  • Providing a motivational and supportive environment
  • Communicating across teachers and departments
