Are you passionate about education and committed to nurturing young minds? Smile Education are looking for High Level Teaching Assistants in Warwickshire for long term roles in September. This full-time role offers the opportunity to inspire and support young learners in their phonics development.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective planned phonics lessons.
- Support the class teacher in planning and preparing phonics activities.
- Provide targeted support to individual students or small groups.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
- Collaborate with colleagues to assess student progress and tailor teaching strategies accordingly.
Requirements:- HLTA qualification.
- Strong knowledge of phonics schemes and best practices.
- 24 months worth of references (including working with children in the UK)
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Right to work in the UK.
