Higher Level Teaching Assistant Expiring soon

Are you passionate about education and eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students? Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work in schools across Tiverton.

As an HLTA, you will assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons, provide one-on-one or small group support to students, lead classes in the teacher’s absence, help with the assessment of students' progress, and foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.

Candidates should have a relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
