Are you passionate about education and eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students? Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work in schools across Newton Abbot.

In this role, you will assist teachers with planning and delivering engaging lessons, provide one-on-one or small group support to students, lead classes in the teacher’s absence, help assess student progress, and foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
