Higher Level Teaching Assistant

A Primary School in Rustington are looking for an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant to start full time, who can work alongside the teaching staff and deliver classes when required. This role is suited to an HLTA, ECT or TA with teaching experience.

Pay £95-100 per day (dependent on experience) 

Monday – Friday 8.30-3.30pm

The school is a ‘Good’ rated school in the heart of Rustington and has a good reputation. The team are looking for someone who can commit longer term.

The successful candidate:

        1. will have excellent literacy skills

1. will contribute towards the whole school and the well-being of all who attend

1. will be able to plan and deliver interventions across the school

1. will be confident in their approach to behaviour management

1. have experience of working with children with SEND/SEMH/challenging behaviour

1. will have high expectations about raising standards across the school

1. will be flexible and innovative in their approach

1. experience of working within an SEN setting would be desirable
