Are you a passionate and newly qualified History teacher eager to make your mark in education? We are excited to offer a full-time opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) in History, starting in September 2024, at our forward-thinking school in Rochdale. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring History lessons across KS3 and KS4, fostering a love for the subject.
  • Develop and implement creative lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Assess, monitor, and provide feedback on student progress, helping them achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the History department and participate in professional development activities.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities and school events.
