Are you passionate about igniting curiosity and fostering a love for science in young minds? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join our school starting in October 2024!

Our partnered secondarty school has an exceptional science department is known for its innovative teaching methods and hands-on learning experiences that inspire students to explore the wonders of the natural world.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a degree in a science-related field and a teaching qualification
  • Has a strong passion for teaching and inspiring students
  • Is skilled in delivering engaging and interactive lessons across various scientific disciplines
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Is committed to fostering a positive learning environment where all students can succeed

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and dynamic science lessons for students
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
  • Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum
  • Inspire students to explore and appreciate the scientific world around them

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
