Are you an experienced HLTA with a passion for supporting students with challenging behaviour? Teaching Personnel is working with a provision in South Bristol where even the smallest achievements mark significant milestones. This short-stay PRU caters to both primary and secondary students, with a high success rate of reintegrating children back into mainstream education. Do you have the skills to guide these young learners onto the right path and help them thrive in mainstream schooling again?
This role is ideal for someone who has experience in mainstream education and understands both the academic and behavioural requirements of students. The young people you'll work with have faced challenges but are eager for someone to make a real difference in their lives. With class sizes of no more than four students, you'll have the unique opportunity to form meaningful connections that are hard to achieve in larger educational settings.
