Role and Responsibilities:

As an HLTA with Teaching Personnel, you will:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping to reinforce learning concepts.
- Lead classes in the teacher’s absence, ensuring continuity of learning.
- Help with the assessment of students' progress and provide feedback.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.

Requirements:

- Relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
