An Ofsted-rated "Good" secondary school in Levenshulme is seeking a dedicated Humanities Graduate to join their team as a Teaching Assistant. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain valuable experience in education. The position runs from October until the end of the academic year, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.

• Support Classroom Learning: Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons in subjects such as History, Geography, and Religious Studies.
• One-to-One and Small Group Work: Provide targeted support to students who may need additional help with their studies, ensuring they reach their full potential.
• Resource Preparation: Help prepare teaching materials and resources that enhance the learning experience.
• Classroom Management: Assist in maintaining a positive learning environment, ensuring that students are focused and engaged.
• Progress Monitoring: Track and report on student progress, helping to identify areas where further support may be needed.
• Pastoral Care: Offer emotional and social support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.

• Degree in Humanities: A degree in History, Geography, Religious Studies, or a related field.
• Passion for Education: A strong interest in pursuing a career in education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
• Adaptability: The ability to work flexibly in a dynamic school environment, responding to the needs of both teachers and students.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
