Are you passionate about inspiring students to explore history, culture, and the human experience? We are seeking a dynamic Humanities Teacher to join our dedicated team in Halifax.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that foster critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Create a classroom environment that encourages curiosity and discussion about global issues.
  • Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback to support their learning.
  • Integrate diverse perspectives and resources into the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators on interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Education, or a related field.
  • Teaching certification (or in progress).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Passion for fostering a love of learning and understanding of the world.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
