Ability to deliver schemes of work to KS4 level crucial

Ability to teach up to A Level is beneficial but not essential

Able to build strong working relationships with ease

Job Duties:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging ICT lessons to secondary school students
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Create a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and achievement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Participate in departmental meetings and school events as required

Required Qualifications:

  • UK QTS in Secondary ICT

Experience:

  • Experience in teaching ICT at the secondary school level

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the UK ICT curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience teaching ICT up to A Level
