Position: Full-time IT Teacher
Start date: October 2024

A well respected High School in Leyland are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic IT Teacher to join their lovely team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality IT lessons to students across various year groups.
  • Develop and implement engaging curriculum materials.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Participate in extra-curricular activities and school events.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for IT and computer science.
  • Experience in teaching IT at the secondary school level.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to the ethos and values of a Catholic educational institution.
