A lovely school in Littlehampton are currently recruiting an experienced SEN assistant to work in their Year 3-4 mixed class as an individual needs assistant. This role requires some general TA duties and some 1-1 work with students who have additional needs such as Autism and Dyslexia. The school are looking for support starting on the 4th of November until the end of the academic year.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have a DBS on the update service or willingness to purchase one
  • You will have a good understanding of the current Primary curriculum in UK schools.
  • Promoting and reinforcing student’s self-esteem and encourage children to maximise their achievement and development
  • To provide support for children with special educational needs so experience in this area is essential.
