Teaching Personnel is excited to announce an opportunity for a Computer Science / ICT Teacher to join the dedicated team at Ringwood School. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is committed to delivering high-quality lessons and fostering a love for computing in our students.

About the Role:

  • Position: Computer Science / ICT Teacher
  • Location: Ringwood School
  • Start Date: Thursday 5th September
  • Contract Type: [Part-Time, Temporary]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Computer Science and ICT.
  • Develop and implement a student-focused curriculum that promotes high achievement.
  • Contribute to the ongoing success and development of the Computing department.
  • Utilize the brand new, state-of-the-art Computing Suite to enhance learning experiences.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of developments in Computer Science and ICT.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire students.
  • Flexibility, dedication, and a passion for delivering exceptional learning experiences.
  • Experience in teaching Computer Science / ICT at secondary school level is desirable.
  • Applications from Early Careers Teachers (ECTs) and graduates with relevant degrees are welcome.
