The Role: As a General Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting students' learning journeys within the classroom. Collaborating closely with the class teacher, you'll assist in managing and supervising the classroom environment. While experience in Key Stage 1 (KS1) and phonics instruction is beneficial, it's not mandatory.
