Job role: Primary Teacher

Location: Worthing

Pay: £110-£130 per day

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit dedicated and enthusiastic teachers to provide great learning outcomes within their Primary schools in the Worthing area of West Sussex. The schools in the area have seen an increased need for day to day supply and even longer term placements. At Teaching Personnel, you can be in control of your availability for supply, providing you with a great work life balance that is tailored to you. • Many of the schools we work with are situated near public transport links or have parking near by.
• Conscientious Head Teachers and staff members who have the drive to make great progress in school.
• Offer great support and quality learning to pupils, extra-curricular and booster classes to ensure pupils can reach their full potential.
• Many are Rated Good by Ofsted

The Role:

• 08:30 - 15:30 working hours Monday to Friday
• Ensuring to produce engaging learning experiences to keep pupils interested in learning
• Building rapport with staff members and pupils. 
• Leading by example for pupils to pick up on.

Candidate Requirements:

• UK recognised Teaching Qualification (Early Career Teachers welcome to apply)
• Experienced teaching in at least one key stage.
• Excellent behaviour management
• Strong record of attainment and raising standards in the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
