An esteemed primary school in Ealing, proudly rated GOOD by Ofsted, is seeking a dedicated and passionate KS1 Classroom Teacher to join their vibrant teaching team. Position: KS1 Classroom Teacher

Salary: MPS/UPS, Dependent on experience

Status: Permanent, Fulltime

Role Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): The candidate must hold QTS and have the right to work in the UK.
*
Experience: Proven experience in teaching KS1 is essential, with a track record of effective classroom management and lesson planning.
*
Curriculum Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the KS1 curriculum and the ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
*
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
*
Passion for Education: A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to providing a high-quality learning experience for all pupils.
*
Professional Development: A proactive approach to continuous professional development and a willingness to contribute to the school’s ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of KS1 students.
*
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting achievable targets.
*
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
*
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and share best practices.
*
Engage with parents and carers to foster strong home-school partnerships.
*
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
