A vibrant and welcoming primary school located in the scenic area of Hampstead, currently rated as ‘GOOD’ by Ofsted, is excited to announce the opportunity for a dedicated Key Stage 1 Classroom Teacher to join their professionaland passionate team starting September 2024.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the needs of all pupils.
*
Assess and record each pupil’s progress, preparing reports as required.
*
Foster a positive learning environment in the classroom that promotes safety and inclusivity.
*
Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the school’s ethos and educational offerings.
*
Participate in and contribute to scheduled professional development sessions and staff meetings.
*Engage with parents and guardians to support pupil progress and wellbeing.
*
Implement school policies and procedures with consistency.

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
*Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the national curriculum.
*A proven track record of delivering lessons that produce high levels of pupil engagement and achievement.
*Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate young children.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with colleagues and the school community.
*A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to participate actively in the school’s culture.
