Education and Training

£135 - £200 Per day

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 children
  • Assess and record pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support pupil development
  • Participate in school events and meetings as required
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage classroom behaviour
  • Up-to-date knowledge of teaching best practises

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Key Stage 1

  • Strong understanding of child development
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Proficient in using educational technology in the classroom
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs
  • Participation in professional development courses or workshops

The role involves working in a school setting, following the academic calendar. Occasional participation in extracurricular activities and events may be required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
