Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher seeking a new opportunity? Our client, a vibrant and inclusive school in Tonbridge, is looking for a Full-Time KS1 Teacher to join their team and contribute to the development and success of their Key Stage 1 students.

Role Overview:

As a Full-Time KS1 Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education to children in Key Stage 1. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports early learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports student engagement and learning.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to both students and parents, and making necessary adjustments to teaching methods.
  • Foster the social, emotional, and academic growth of students through creative and effective teaching strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
  • Participate in school-wide activities and professional development opportunities to continually enhance your teaching practice.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, with a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and early years assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
  • Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about early years education.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting diverse learning needs.
