The Role:

  • Full-time KS1 Teacher position starting January 2025
  • Permanent contract
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assessing and tracking student progress to ensure all pupils meet or exceed their potential
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance pupil development and well-being

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching within KS1, with strong knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
  • Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues and the wider school community
  • Dedication to fostering a love of learning in young children and ensuring the progress and achievement of all pupils
  • A genuine passion for teaching and commitment to maintaining the school’s high standards of education
