About the role

At Teaching Personnel, we are working closely with a primary school in Radcliffe, who are actively seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant across KS1. This position is an exciting opportunity to anyone who wants to work in a school that values every pupil, they do this by setting expectations that will help develop pupils socially, emotionally, academically, and physically. This role is on a full-time basis (Mon-Fri, 8.50am-3.30pm) after May half-term (Monday 3rd June) until Friday 19th July 2024.

Success criteria required for this position:

-          A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students’ lives.

-          Relevant experience working with children within a school setting. Working with children in other settings would be accepted such as playscheme, sport coaching, nursery, residential homes and many more.

-          Understanding around the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum including Phonics.

-          You must also have a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students’ lives.

-          Level 2 Safeguarding Course (We can offer training for this qualification).
