The Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS2 Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to teaching and learning, with the ability to inspire and engage students in Key Stage 2. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students, helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons to KS2 pupils.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development.
