An Ofsted rated GOOD primary school in the heart of Hammersmith is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Classroom Teacher to join their permanent staff from September 2024. Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for KS2 students.
*Assess, track, and report on the progress of each pupil, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support the holistic development of each child.
*Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
*Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and initiatives.

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Applicants must hold QTS, with evidence of completing a teacher training program.
*Experience: Prior experience teaching KS2 students is highly desirable.
*Subject Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment requirements.
*Classroom Management: Proven ability to manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting a positive learning environment.
*Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
*Commitment to Professional Development: A willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with educational best practices.
*Safeguarding: Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
