Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

About Us: Teaching Personnel is dedicated to hiring the best teachers all over the country, our West Yorkshire Primary branch is looking for a full-time Primary Teacher. We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join our team and help shape the minds of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the KS2 curriculum and cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love of learning.
  • Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and orderly learning environment.
  • Provide individualized support and differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to support student learning and well-being.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
  • Engage in extracurricular activities and school events to enhance the school community.

Qualifications Required:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Level 3 childcare qualification.
  • Proven experience teaching KS2 students.
  • Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and educational best practices.
  • A clear DBS check (or equivalent background check).

  • Classroom Management: Ability to create and maintain a disciplined and focused classroom.
  • Curriculum Knowledge: Deep understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment requirements.
  • Differentiation: Skill in tailoring instruction to meet diverse student needs and abilities.
