£20 - £30 Per hour

  • Deliver engaging and interactive English and Maths lessons to KS3 students
  • Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to support student learning
  • Create tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs of students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to both students and parents
  • Utilise a variety of teaching methods to enhance student understanding
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching English and Maths at the KS3 level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the KS3 level

  • Strong understanding of the KS3 English and Maths curriculum
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students
  • Proficient in using educational technology to enhance learning
  • Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
  • Classroom-based teaching with occasional remote tutoring sessions
  • Collaboration with other educators and school staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
